Each test takes approximately 10 minutes.
Please select the test and time you would like to have us perform and pay for the test through our PayPal account which takes most credit cards. We will e-mail you a time block that you can choose between once we have received payment.
The money you spend on this test will be applied to your insurance deductible allowance in most cases. We look forward to seeing you at your scheduled time. If you have a need to cancel we can rebook you at one our other locations at a time that works for you. No refunds due to no show on date of screening.
